At 24-7 Games & Collectables, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion and apparel purchases. If you are not happy with your item, you can return it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Securely place the apparel in its original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and protective seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a pickup.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
